Building Process

The very first step in the building process is to meet you on site in order to discuss your vision, objectives and budget. If you already have plans, we will work through these with you and discuss the level of finish you are seeking to achieve. If not, we can talk to you about our design and construct service, and how we can assist you to procure plans that do justice to your vision, and accurately capture this on paper.

In order to provide you with a customised and detailed building quote, we require a full set of council approved plans (to the extent your project requires a development approval), including engineering (footing) design. In addition to plans, we require details of your specifications.

We have a specifications pack we issue to our clients. We spend the time with our clients upfront to understand exactly what it is they are seeking to enable us to deliver the most detailed and complete quote we can, based on those specific selections. We aim to build without variations, so you know what your project will cost to build upfront and to avoid unnecessary surprises through the build. From receipt of your specifications we can generally provide you with a tailored quote in 2-4 weeks.

What we guarantee to you is great communication. Prior to commencing your build, we will be upfront about timeframes. Throughout the build, we take the time to keep our clients informed and always aim to be a few steps ahead to ensure clients do not feel rushed to make any important decisions.
